Eddison

  • Male. Approx age 2years
  • Tri Coloured Heading Dog
  • Currently fostered in Whangarei

Hi, My name is Edison, Edi for short and I am a 2 year old tri-colour heading dog. My foster mum tells me I am very smart and quick to learn. But I cannot hear her because I am deaf. She has taught me all these signals, which is easy as she gives me treats. I now sit, lie down, wait, and do good recalls, because I focus on her and she signals me to come, and I walk nicely on the lead. I will also offer you my paw, left or right. I live inside the house with 3 other dogs and a cat and am loving being part of a family. I go to bed at night in my own big crate and sleep right through. But I need to go toilet outside first and have a drink of water before bed. I am very energetic and love to go for big walks around the property where there are lots of smells to investigate. I have also learned to chill out like the other dogs and take naps during the day, so I am fitting in well with my foster family. My foster mum says I need to find my forever home and there is a special person out there somewhere waiting to welcome a beautiful and special dog like me into their life. I will give you all my love and loyalty and be your best companion. If you already have a dog that I can romp around with and play chase that would be cool too. That’s my story. Edison will need a securely fenced area on your property. He is gentle and playful with a loving nature and would make a great companion dog for the right person. The person who adopts Edi will need to give him plenty of exercise as he is a working dog breed and have the time, commitment and love to give this special boy. You will have backup support, help and advice while Edi settles into to his new home. If you would like to meet Edi an appointment will be set up. A property check will be required before the adoption

I am registered ,desexed , fully vaccinated ,microchipped and have had current flea and worm treatments
