Hi, my name is Paige! I am a staffy cross, gentle and playful girl.

I am approximately 2 years old and had a pretty rough start to life.

I had a litter of puppies a year ago . I arrived at the pound a year ago and no one knew I was about to have my babies. I was scared and didnt really trust the  humans so I would growl and then the next morning as I started to have my babies a lovely lady at the pound called  Paige sat with me and gave me a lot of love and spoke to me softly while I gave birth to my  pups. 

The next day I got taken to another place called Wandering Angels and this is where I lived for 8 months along with the other rescue dogs (my new buddies) some rescue cats, a cow  and its baby, a lamb called Mr Bing who thinks he is a dog , chickens and ducks . I was very kind to all the animals although my  foster mumma at the sanctuary would tell me not to get too excited with the cats.

 Recently I have moved in with my Foster Mum and dad, they have been teaching me and showing me how a family works. I learn commands quickly when I’m taught with patience and treats. I am a smart cookie and test the boundaries sometimes, but I quickly remember the right way to do things when I’m reminded nicely. I don’t like being spoken to harshly because of my past, and respond much better if you’re gentle with me. I love humans and getting lots of attention! I love having cuddles, giving hugs, snuggling and of course…having my belly rubbed. I want to please you and do the best that I can for you. Did I say cuddles are my favourite! I am really good on a lead and love going on walks. The outside world is super interesting to me. I also love car rides with the windows down with the wind in my face. I can get excited and sometimes a bit overexcited because the real world is new and exciting for me! If you gently remind me how to be on my best behavior, I will be on my best for you.

Paige is vaccinated microchipped and registered  and had his flea and worm treatments
