Hi my name is Star and I was rescued from a shelter and currently hanging out at Wandering Angels Animal Sanctuary with a whole lot of other doggie mates who I get along really well with. My foster mum lets me socialise with all the dogs as she says I get along with all of them. I’m just too clever!!!! I am still a young chick possibly maybe about 9 months old! As far as my breed goes that’s a tricky one although there has been some talk of Catahoula and staffy ??? bit of a cocktail really !!!

I have learned to come when they call my name so that’s a start and I can sit on cue!!!! I’m crate trained!!! I have to learn lots more and foster Mumma says I am pretty clever so I will be the perfect student for someone and I will give them

There are lots of rescue cats where I am staying and I have learned it’s not a good idea to chase them as foster Mumma doesn’t look very happy when I try to chase them. So I’m starting to think it’s better to just ignore them and then I won't get Mumma’s angry face looking at me!!!!! however, I still get a little tempted so I guess I need a little more work in this area but Foster Mumma said I’ve come a long way and am getting really good !!!

I am toilet trained and a very loveable girl who can be either full of energy or love hanging about your side waiting for a cuddle! I have done some lead training and love going for a walk
